This year the German Championships were at the iconic Esselbach. The club has hosted various great races like European Championships, European Cups and UCI C1 races in the past.

Regula didn’t have the best week leading up to the race fighting a cold. On Saturday she finally felt better and was ready to race. She won the 1st race. In the 2nd round there was a hiccup with the race sheets followed by a rider’s protest after the moto and delay. Regula managed to win the 2nd and 3rd race with a nice lead -> German Champion Elite Women and win #17 at German Championships
